4 Pepper Sauce

A couple of springs ago, while planting one of our three gardens. One was going to be sweet peppers (for the grill) but guess what?... oops... they turned out to be 2 types of habeneros, red chilies, and jalapenos What do you do with about 1,000 of those? I made a sauce. It's not really a hot sauce per se. It's a spicy sauce that can be used in the place of vinegar. EX: fish and chips dipped in olive oil and 4 pepper sauce (1/3 oil, 2/3 4 Pepper Sauce, dash of grilling salt or steak salt), salad dressing, great in spaghetti sauce too. Includes 2 types of habeneros, red chilies and jalapenos.

• Use anywhere you would use vinegar

• a spicy sauce

• Dip with fish and chips or marinate chicken wings

• Includes a great recipe for salad dressing on the bottle
