So great to listen too after a long day. Jun 04, 2008 The music on this cd is great. I listen to it when my husband is watching his games.

+ 1/2 stars...Mostly Recycled Steamroller Mar 01, 2005 The Mannheim Steamroller juggernaut seems to be running out of steam. Instead of a new album of all new material, Chip Davis cobbles together this album of tracks dating all the way back to 1975's Fresh Aire I through 2000's Fresh Aire 8 with a handful of new tracks thrown in for good measure. And the new tracks are not what's best about this album. "Love Theme from 'Romeo & Juliet'" certainly fits the romantic theme and is up to Steamroller standards, but "Love Is Blue" is slowed down to almost a funeral dirge pace. Altogether, this album will certainly set the mood for a romantic evening; but if you're a serious Steamroller fan, there's not that much new here to justify purchase.

Thank You For The Introduction To Mehdi ! Feb 09, 2005 I've always enjoyed Mannheim and this album is no exception, but while reading some of the customer recommendations posted on this site I discovered "Instrumental Heaven" By Mehdi (pronounced meddie). After some investigation I found Their site (SoothingMusic.Com) and listened to the samples...
I was instantly blown away by the quality of this music and so I gave it a try and now that I have listened to these CDs several times I really must say that although I'm still a Chip Davis fan I find Mehdi to be a tad more interesting. I have them both in my multi-disc CD player and love the way they compliment each other. I highly recommend that you give this artist a try or atleast just go listen to the samples, I have a feeling you'll be glad you did.

What's not to love about Mannheim Steamroller? Feb 08, 2005 Mannheim Steamroller, the leading light in Christmas cheer, gives a valentine to fans with Romantic Themes, a collection of beautiful, slow-paced instrumentals that explore the primal and spiritual aspects of love. Chip Davis and his music aren't just for December merriment anymore.
