General Returns Policy
All returns or exchanges must be made within 60 days. If you return an item we will refund your purchase price. Reductions on multiple savings items are subject to reduction if merchandise is returned (ex: if there are buy 3 for a special price and buy 3 get one free specials we want to be sure everyone understands that they will get a refund for the purchase price only). Product must be returned in the condition it was received.Our apologies, we cannot refund shipping and handling charges or return postage.

Returns:
We will be happy to replace your defective CD if you purchased it directly from us within the last 60 days. Please call our Customer Service Department at 402-457-4341 or email us at: returns@americangramaphone.com with your return request.  Please include your name, a reason for the return and your order number in the email.  We will reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number for your return.

Returning or exchanging an item:

1. First, call our Customer Service department at 402-457-4341 or email us at returns@americangramaphone.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
2. Second, include that Return Merchandise Authorization number and return a copy of the packing slip (enclosed in the original shipment) with your product and indicate the reason for the return. We recommend you return items via UPS Ground or insured USPS for proof of delivery. We also recommend that you reuse the original box and packing materials, if possible. Please be sure to write the Return Merchandise Authorization Number on the outside of the box.
3. Third, ship returned items to:

Items that are not returnable:
Mannheim Steamroller does not accept returns of the following items:

• Any product missing the UPC
• Gift Certificates
• Gourmet Gift Baskets
• Product that was not purchased from Mannheim Steamroller

Note: You are responsible for all shipping charges. However, you will be credited for return postage if the product was damaged/defective or if the wrong item was shipped. Please include a copy of the postal receipt in your return package.

Refunds:
Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number. Orders paid by check will receive a check refund. When you return product, please allow 14-21 days of processing time.
